Car was excellent… the car owner was on time and nice and would re use car if needed .

The air conditioning simply doesn't work; my one-month rental had to be cut short after just 10 days. Not to mention the car's energy consumption, which is absurd! It drains half the battery after only a short time of use. I paid for a month but was only refunded half the amount.

I’m sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. As soon as the A/C issue was reported, I worked with both you and Turo to arrange an early return so the vehicle could be inspected. Before returning the vehicle, you also let me know the A/C had started working again, but I have still scheduled a Tesla service appointment to diagnose the issue and ensure it is fully resolved. Thank you for your feedback.
