The car was okay, there was a box of matches, tie bar, and mascara brush left in there. The steering wheel had what looked to be barbecue sauce crusted onto it. I only found it the next day after pickup as it was dark upon my arrival. The carpets were clean. It drove perfectly fine.
The pickup was a nightmare. The only instructions I was given was level 1 next to the stairs. Safe to say that was useless. After 20-30 minutes the host reached out and told me the exact row. After delayed flights and stormy weather I really did not enjoy wandering through a massive parking garage unable to find the car for what turned out to be around 40 minutes of my time wasted.
I’m not sure how much of that was the host’s fault or the previous driver so I’ll give it 3 stars. As far as the pickup experience goes, 1 star.

Thank you for your feedback, Alex. We're sorry the pickup was frustrating—the location details clearly fell short, and we've updated our process to include exact row information upfront. The items left behind and the steering wheel condition have also been addressed by our cleaning team. Your feedback helps us get better, and we appreciate it.
Okay for all. Car ran nicely and served his purpose fine.
