Trip started off terrible. Unfortunately for me, I ended up paying more than I intended to due to the car I rented being damaged and not drivable..there weren’t any reasonable resolutions offered or given. Then I was treated as if it were my issue and fault. If this was not a last minute trip, I would have definitely went with another renter.
Capp. She has a very overly aggressive girlfriend that will call your phone and passively aggressively threaten you as a host
