Poor communication, car challenges, host was essentially non-responsive.
We picked up the car from the airport. The ticket provided by the host did not work to exit the parking ramp. I called and messaged the host - no answer. Had to pay a $30 lost ticket fee to get out of the lot.
Picked up my wife and kids at baggage claim. When my wife got into the car, she realized her seatbelt didn't work. It appeared there was a coin stuck in the seatbelt receptacle. I contacted the host to have it repaired - no response. We were forced to make a long drive from the airport in the snow while my wife did not have a functioning seatbelt. After sending another message to the host about coming to fix the seatbelt, we finally received a text message back from the host 24 hours later stating "we will take not of this". Thats it. No apology. No offer to fix the seatbelt.
The car also had low tire pressure and no wiper fluid when we picked it up.
Overall - car was fine (except if you expect functioning seatbelts, tires to be inflated, and wiper fluid). Host is awful. Should not be allowed to use Turo.
