I’m not one to really leave these reviews but I always rent through these guys and never really have any crazy experiences worth leaving a bad review. But with that being said this vehicles not rear tires were so worn down that there was absolutely no tread on them and I didn’t come to realize this until I was driving and the tire popped and upon further review it was so worn down that thread was coming out so I had to drive said vehicle back to the drop off with the flat tire that would not hold any air at all they tried to tell me to go to a tire shop at 11 at night and they’ll reimburse me (which I did a oil change for them on one of there cars over a month ago and still haven’t got a reimbursement) so I told them obviously all tire shops are closed at this time and I’m not just giving them more of my money that I’ll never see again. So after drop off obviously I couldn’t stop to fill the tank up which was at a half a tank because I was to worried about getting the car to the destination without any damage to the rim and instead of being courteous considering that there tire just popped on me due to horrible maintenance on the vehicle they send me a $30 invoice for half a tank of gas
