Huge inconvenience! Tire blew on the highway and they refused to accommodate me in any capacity. A waste of my money because I had things to do and I couldn’t do those things on a spare tire. Was told they would fix the tire after my reservation was up because they weren’t available to fix on a Sunday🙄. Couldn’t extend and refused to give me a different vehicle. Lack of communication between guest and host! Couldn’t get gas cap open. Do not take this vehicle on highway and if so have a backup plan. Very dissatisfied.

2nd time renting they were great the front desk lady always nice, only thing 1st time renting the gas was full 2nd it wasn’t I needed to add a little $10 to make it fill but it was ok lol :), I would definitely rent again

Great car! Very reliable and good gas mileage. You can tell someone has smoked a cigarette in it at some point, so unfortunately that smell still exists a bit. Other than that, would recommend.
