Pick up locating was different but good once I found where it was. I had a misunderstanding about how to get in the car at first then I had my daughter to help me. Over all not bad.

Was accommodating when I accidentally booked a day too early. However, they did make me pay a full $18 (day parking price) at the surface lot. Not sure if that’s a regular fee or if that’s because they parked it 10 hours before my pickup time. I believe it’s the latter. If it’s the latter they should really be parking much closer to pickup time. They say we share the fee but not if they drop it off way earlier than they would pick it up. Just seems unfair and should be included in the description. Otherwise the car is great.
