Pickup was scheduled for 6 PM and I still had to wait 30 minutes for the host to arrive. On top of that, the vehicle I originally booked was not even available and had to be swapped out last minute. This caused a huge inconvenience for both me and the person who took time out to drive me to pick up the vehicle. I was not compensated for the delay or inconvenience. Overall, not a smooth experience and I would not book with this host again.p

We rented the 2020 Suburban and the car was great. The car was really clean. Pick up and drop off was seamless and easy! Communication with Peter was great. He was super responsive! I will definitely rent from Peter every time I come to Milwaukee!

The car itself drove well. It was very comfortable. However, the battery was dead when I picked it up and the oil life indicator went off during the trip. Had to add oil during our time with the vehicle as the indicator light kept flashing throughout the rest of the trip.
You tried to pick up two hours early for free in 8 degree weather, received free delivery. And then exceeded 1400 miles from your trip by -almost 1000 and added an extra quart or more and overfilled the engine which can damage the vehicle.
