We had a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly patient and communicative throughout the process. Since we needed the vehicle right at the Viking dock, they delivered it directly to the cruise terminal perfectly on time, allowing us to hop in right after getting off the ship. The car was in excellent condition—clean, reliable, and handled beautifully. Highly recommend!
