Randy's Equinox SUV was great. I needed to communicate with Randy on several occasions. He always very responsive and helpful. If you are using Turo, based on my experience, Randy's Equinox is a good choice.
My experience with the Turo app was quite different. You are not told ahead of time that you need to download the app when you check in, 24 hours before the rental period begins. I had trouble downloading the ap and the Turo help system was not helpful - dealing with an AI agent and having no alternative to downloading the ap was very frustrating.

Randy was an amazing host! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was great, and the entire pickup and return process was smooth and easy. Randy was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the rental. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable rental!
