Other than a misunderstanding with exact location drop off of the car, the car, the communication, and the service was good. The owner paid for my expense to be brought where the car was, with only a minor delay, which is commendable. The car is clean and closely monitored for any issues.

Never used the vehicle I had to call road side assistance the vehicle would not start and it wasn’t clean

You told me I needed a starter, come to find out, you killed the battery because you left the dome lights on. Roadside came and gave it a jump and it started right up. This is not my fault at all. Why would you tell me my starter went out?
