This is the first time I'm giving a below rating. As far as pick up went it was smooth. I wanted to return car earlier then what I rented it for and let the host know. He's like your aware you still will be charged. I said of course. I just need to return it earlier because had a lot stuff going on next day. He said ok let me know when I return it. I said about half hour going to get gas and head over to location. I get to drop off point he denied the early drop of that Turo sent him. So I'm sitting there not able to check out talking to Turo. It's all in the texts that it was ok to drop off . So after an hour Turo said just take all photos and I could leave the car there.

Hello, we have a two day minimum for all of our vehicles, which you agreed to. All I did was remind you of that. Furthermore, I’m not sure why you gave us such a low rating as last time we spoke you were satisfied with the overall quality of the vehicle, you just wanted an early checkout since your car was fixed earlier than expected.
Would of loved a warning that the car is smoked in for health reasons.
