Great Host! Easy in and out! Was patient with me during pick-up as he assisted me through the picture process. Was very responsive to my messages. Answered all of them in a matter of minutes. Car was a go-getter. Nice and clean. Recommend Ruben and his rental.

Ruben and the vehicle were absolutely excellent. I sincerely appreciate the host’s communication, which is always refreshing to see on this platform. It is great to have a host who is thorough with instructions and responds promptly to any inquiries. I am truly grateful for that.
The vehicle was extremely clean and well taken care of, with no maintenance issues whatsoever.
My only concern has nothing to do with the vehicle or the host directly. I would suggest providing a more central pickup location during the construction currently taking place in the area, as it can be quite challenging to access the current pickup spot. Additionally, please be advised that returning the vehicle during certain hours may be difficult due to limited parking, making it challenging to return it to the exact pickup location.
Overall, my experience with both the host and the vehicle was exceptional.
