The car was a couple of hours late from the time it was supposed to be delivered and it didn't have a full tank of gas.
I was hoping they would make it up to us by not requiring it to be returned with the same level of fuel we received it with. I was correct, they invoiced us for a full tank, well above the level of fuel we received it with.
I've been renting from Turo for years, multiple times a year and this is the first time I'm not giving a great review. The car was suitable for our needs and was as advertised so it wasn't a complete disappointment.
