Very good communicator
Terrible experience. Car pickup wasn’t as agreed upon with owner. Then we find out the owner had an AirTag and tracked our entire trip which was not disclosed to us and is a direct violation of Turo policy and my safety. The car also didn’t have up to date accurate pictures… the seat material was significantly stained and smelled strongly of smoke.
