Had to wait for 30 mins to get in…. She said I didn’t have to put gas back in cause of the wait and sent back $20 now she saying I have an invoice for gas after she said not to worry about it then she sent a pic of a window wit supposedly ashes which I dnt smoke so it was horrible experience with her

Well overall I didn’t have major issues…but there are pictures of smoke on the outside window and door. Which means someone in the backseat had to ash outside of the window. So, I would have to agree it wasn’t the driver. As far as waiting 30 mins..yes there was a mishap with Onstar unlocking the vehicle, technical issues not me. That’s why I offered an accommodation which I honored. The offer was $20 on chime or don’t worry about gas. I am not petty! You know the car was great! Be blessed :)
