car ran good until the last day. the battery died and the host left us to figure it out by ourselves, not offering any solutions. host was responsive until i edited the trip for an earlier drop off and he didn’t accept the refund for the drop off. not to mention he dropped the car off to us an hour later than we paid for.

Glad the Tiguan ran well, but leaving the interior lights on caused the battery to drain.
Regarding the drop-off time, you booked last minute, and as soon as you booked, I let you know I would be 20 minutes late. I rushed to your location and arrived a few minutes late, while keeping you updated by phone and through the app, as you had agreed
