Wonderful team of host, car was great mechanically and presentation wise. Had no issues throughout my trip, gave very clear instructions. Will be returning and would definitely recommend.

Initially when picking up the car the instructions weren’t very clear and I had to reach out for more information on how to get into the car. After that everything seemed fine until the car sent a notification of the V battery being low. I notified the host and didn’t receive a response. The tire pressure was low as well and I received the same outcome of no response when I reached out. As I continued on with my trip I was inconvenienced by the car battery going out leading to my plans being cancelled on my trip. When I reached out to the host they took a long time to respond but luckily I had spoke with Turo support. Once I got everything figured out the host tried to charge me for gas not being refilled in the vehicle which I don’t understand because how can I fill a tank up when the car doesn’t start. Keep in mind I had to get the vehicle towed towed to the host. Overall 0/10 would not recommend!
