The car was great for my weekend trip. Rich sent all the information I needed, and the whole process was smooth and easy. The car was in perfect condition. I would definitely rent from him again.

Overall, the pickup and drop-off process was very easy and smooth. Communication with the host was good and responsive, which I appreciated.
However, the condition of the car could have been better. There was a very strong cigarette or marijuana smell inside the vehicle that did not go away during the two days we had it. Unfortunately, it made the experience quite uncomfortable, especially since we were traveling with a baby.
Aside from that issue, everything else went well, but I do think the cleanliness (especially the odor) should be addressed for future renters.

Directions to pick up the car were unclear but a call from the owner cleared up the confusion.
