Terrible marijuana smoke smell in vehicle. Very poor communication where to pick up. After multiple messages they finally called and pulled up 45 mins late and instead of an apology just blamed the airport being busy. It’s an airport of course it’s busy. It was clear they were not prepared. I booked with short notice but if they were not available to meet that then the car should not have been made available or not accepted the reservation. Definitely would not rent from this host again and would encourage others not to as well

I would rate this host 0 stars if it was possible. Beware do not use this host. Non responsive when communicating and charged me for something that clearly didn't apply to my situation.
