Car was not ready at the time requested. Communication during pick up was horrible and I was left standing on the side of the road with luggage for about 40 minutes waiting for the vehicle

Everything was great . Clean car, smooth ride,seamless. My only complaint is that you have to pay for the parking since it’s in the airport garage which should be included in the price.
