The car was super comfortable and clean. Communication with Jose was excellent. I had a mishap with the return due to an issue on my way to the airport, and he was super understanding and helpful. I would rent this car again without hesitation!

Hello for me I’ve been renting from Turo for several years and this was the worst experience.first the parking ticket didn’t work for me to get out of the airport and also the Sunpass on his window. The interior of the car is very dirty look at the seats picktures I needed to put a towel on each seat . I contacted the owner when wasting 1 hour trying to get out of the airport and he only answered when I paid 20$ to get out I told him that I want to get my money back but seems like No please look at the picture. I’m waiting for a response. Thanks in advance
