Overall, we had a great experience with this rental. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, making our trip enjoyable from start to finish. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip.
The only issue we encountered was with one of the tires. It had visible cracking and developed a slow leak during our trip, so we had to stop at a tire shop to have it patched before we could continue safely. We let the host know what happened, and they handled the situation professionally by working with Turo to provide us with a refund for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated.
Aside from the tire issue, everything else was excellent. We enjoyed the vehicle, appreciated the host’s responsiveness, and would be happy to rent from them again.
