The vehicle smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. We had to make alternate plans to return the vehicle early and the owner only offered to reimburse us for a car freshner. The owner said he was aware that the previous customers returned the vehicle with cigarette smoke smell and knowingly still rented it to us without making us aware. Additionally, the vehicle is in mediocre condition. The driver side seat adjustment is missing and a screw that must be used to adjust the seat. If you are looking for a clean, maintained, fresh vehicle this is not your vehicle.

Overall, the trip was all right. The front driver side seat is broken, the charger pad does not work, and there are a few blemishes on the outside of the car.

Car quality had some issues, drivers seat had some details, front console and the steering had some noises when you did sharp turns, the pick up location and all that was really good, the host was sometimes easy to contact other times they didn’t answer or you had to insist. The car was really dirty when we picked it up and had a smell of weed when you got on, they explained they tried to get rid of it and I understand that’s not their fault but still I have a baby and it’s not a smell I appreciate. Overall I guess it was ok but I wouldn’t rent it again.
