Would never use this host again literally the worse experience ever!!!
Sorry you feel that way. We accommodated PBI delivery as a courtesy even though pickup was set for Davie. When the tire issue was reported, the damage was consistent with impact to the rim/tire, not a vehicle defect. We offered to replace the tire and inspect the car for safety, but that was declined. A temporary plug repair was made instead, and the agreed replacement tire was never left with the vehicle.

I’m giving a full five stars! I rented the Porsche Cayenne from this company, and I only have good things to say. They are extremely punctual—they brought the car right to my home and picked it up. I rented it for a month, and the car gave me zero issues—extremely comfortable ride. I loved working with them, and I’ll definitely rent from them again whenever I’m back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
