Host sent a picture of gas tank reminder after I already brung the car to him. Had to go back to the gas station to put more gas. Drop
Off location was 15 mins further from pick up location. Won’t be renting again

The vehicle was provided with approximately 200 miles of fuel and returned with only 30 miles. I sent the guest a reminder to refuel and return the vehicle with the same fuel level, as required by Turo. The guest was upset by the reminder and chose to leave this review. The return location was about 3 minutes from the original pickup location. Our other ratings reflect the level of good service we consistently provide. Unfortunately, this review does not accurately represent what occurred.
