Так, например, когда прибытие нашего рейса задержали, а это уже был поздний вечер, я написал хозяину автомобиля, и он связался с TURO и объяснил ситуацию, и я смог без проблем забрать машину в течение продленного бесплатного срока. Очень рекомендую!
This is my first time using the TURO service. I booked this car. I’m very satisfied. Initially, I booked it for a month, and then I extended the booking for almost another month. I really liked the car — it was new and in perfect condition. The car has a very good and responsive owner who handles and answers all questions. For example, when our flight was delayed, and it was already late in the evening, I wrote to the car owner, and he contacted TURO and explained the situation, and I was able to pick up the car without any problems during the extended free period. I highly recommend it!
