While the original Mitsubishi Outlander did have some issues during my trip, including recurring tire pressure warnings and a loose screw from the sun visor, I really appreciated the host’s professionalism and support throughout the rental process. He was responsive, covered the tire repair cost, and replaced the vehicle with a much better Nissan SUV for the final two days of my trip. Although the situation caused some inconvenience and had a slight impact on my travel plans, the host handled it responsibly and showed genuine care for the customer experience. Because of that, I still feel comfortable giving this rental a five-star review.
