Overall, a really positive experience! The car was lovely to drive, although unfortunately a mechanical issue arose during the rental. However, the host has been fantastic in helping to resolve the situation, responding positively and doing everything possible to get things sorted.
These things happen with cars, and for me, it’s how they’re handled that really matters. I genuinely appreciate the support and willingness to find a solution. Great customer service, and I’d happily book with them again!
