This car was not as advertised, it was in very poor driving condition and I had no help from the owner to end the reservation or to get a refund. Now I need to try to figure out how to get a refund from Turo and then try to rent another car… a very big waste of my time and money.
Steven, despite not being satisfied with the vehicle, you used it for two full days before requesting a change and a refund. Your claims are inaccurate. I met with you in person and the only issue you mentioned was the steering wheel cover. The car runs perfectly. I still worked with Turo to get your refund approved. Your behavior was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend you as a guest.
