Amazing!!!

This was a terrible experience. I was hesitant to rent this vehicle and contacted the host to say I am having second thoughts. He told me he would sweeten the deal by putting money in the glove compartment when I picked up the car. When I arrived to pick up the car we didn't have the combo to the lockbox and it took calling support to finally get through to him to give the code. We were standing at the car for 35 minutes. Once in, there wasn't any money in the glove. Once on the road after paying $25 to exit the parking lot we then noticed there wasn't any washer fluid or gas. We filled the tank and two days later after light driving the engine fluid error signal came on. When I contacted the host he told me to drive to him to fill it. After convincing him to send someone to service the vehicle for engine fluid, washer fluid and bring the $$ he promised, a guy showed up and just filled the engine fluid. When I contacted the host they said I'd have to request the $$ through the application. I requested it in our chat and he denied owing $$. I escalated to the support and thankfully had this documented over text and shared screenshots. Support ended up providing me the $$ that was promised by the host. For future reference make sure you use the chat in the application vs text as the application messages are what's recorded and makes disputes easier. I question whether or not I will ever use this service again. However, Turo is good but be warned about hosts and do your research.
