Thank you so much! The host was super attentive and helpful, and the car was excellent — very comfortable and fuel-efficient. Highly recommend! 🙌🚗

Initially, I was planning to give this trip five stars as our original car was canceled the moment we were walking onto the plane. I quickly found this car, which was big enough for my children and family and it was delivered in three hours (we hadn’t even landed yet). Unfortunately ,
we noticed the tire pressure kept deflating even after being inflated it and we located a nail in the tire. I reached out to the host and they did not respond. We waited maybe hours. I tried calling texting and they would not respond back. It wasn’t until over 24 hours that I got a response from them. I reached out during the week during business hours. It wasn’t even middle of the night or weekend This was extremely unsettling because we did not want to do anything that would cause a problem with changing the tire or modifying someone elses’s car.
We got no guidance from the host and ultimately had to patch it ourselves which was stressful in a city that we were unfamiliar with.
Other than that, everything was OK. the car was very clean upon arrival. We requested a car seat, however it was not latched in which I would have expected
