Daniel is an excellent host! He is friendly, responsive and was genuinely committed to making sure my family and I had a great experience. I had an issue with the rearview mirror at the beginning of my trip and he responded quickly, took my concerns seriously, and even came out to replace it. That level of customer service really stood out to me.
Once everything was addressed, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. Daniel is professional, easy to communicate with and clearly cares about providing a positive experience for his guests. I really appreciated how receptive he was to my feedback and his willingness to make things right. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommended!
