The car was absolute joy... We used it for 3 days in Miami Beach, drove all the way to Key West... Its fun to explore the city with a big car. The host was very helpful and correct and an amazing person. Thank you, if we are in Miami again, we will surely contact Heidells. Great experience.

Pick up was fine but car was dirty on the inside.
The jeep wrangler Rubicon mechanical issues: tires are worn down to dangerous levels. Tie rod ends are worn to dangerous swerving levels at every slight bump in the road. The check engine light blinks constantly with the audible chime alarm going off with blinking engine light. The steering and alignment is dangerously off calibration. Vehicle cannot exceed 55 mph which is a highway issue for traffic going fast around us. This vehicle is not safe for a family at all. I am extremely upset at the danger this vehicle has exposed us to. Veering randomly all over the road at the slightest bump. My brother inspected what was wrong and the engine is overheating and the tie rod ends are completely worn out to allow massive slop in the steering and tracking of the front wheels. This is a Dangerous vehicle. The owner of the vehicle picked up the car after a few days bc we couldn’t drive it.
I can only give the money for the days used, i cannot give the entire trip's money back. Car was not dirty when delivered to you, specially in comparison to how i got it back. Regarding the way it drives, the car has oversized tired and wheels, yes, it drives worse, also 2018 wranglers are known for this, only on 2020 Jeep fixed the steering. The one thing i give is the check engine light, the car is currently at the dealer getting the problem addressed.

The car was fine once we got it. A little dusty and dirty inside….Wasn’t terrible but you could tell it hadn’t been detailed in a while. The main issue we had was finding the vehicle once we landed in the airport. We’ve never been to Miami and the host parked the vehicle in what turns out was a new parking lot so it was not on the map. We ended up walking almost a mile through the airport and parking garages until we finally found it. Check-in directions also state that the host will “unlock remotely” once you are at the vehicle. That did not happen, we stood at the vehicle for another 20 minutes waiting for the host to message me back about getting it unlocked… my fault for not checking to see the key was in the gas cap. We also paid $65 extra for the beach equipment add on. There was no beach equipment in the vehicle but the host did agree to refund me the $65. Overall the jeep was good for what we needed it for, just disappointed in the overall experience.
I apologize if how the car was cleaned is not up to your standards. I sent you the info on how to find the car, as i normally do to everyone, parking depends on availability, not always i can park in front of the terminals. All the info, including the location of the key was on the description. I also apologize for not having the beach gear ready, i offered to take it to you, but you chose to get a refund instead.
