The car was the right size for 5 adults, 1 child and several pieces of luggage. The pickup instructions were very thorough and accurate. The issue we had is that when we first started the car, the check engine light came on and the rear driver side tire was showing low tire pressure. I immediately notified the owner via the app and no response. If I messaged him with other messages like our flight was delayed so we would be a little late to pickup the vehicle, he was quick to respond. We drove the vehicle anyway, added air to the tire and prayed that it wouldn't leave us stranded. By the next morning, we had to add more air. Check engine light was intermittently coming off and on. This just added more stress and the lack of communication from the owner was really disappointing especially since we had our whole family in the vehicle. I also messaged him prior to the trip about changing the dropoff location of the vehicle and he said it would be no problem. I could change it in the app after pickup but of course, no response about that either once I picked up the vehicle. I did have another dropoff location option besides the one I had originally chosen, but I didn't know that until I went through the steps to dropoff. It would have been nice to hear that from him beforehand when I asked after pickup. Overall, the vehicle served it's purpose for the 2 days I rented it, but would have been a nightmare if it had been a longer reservation.
