The car wasn't parked upon arrival, when the car owner arrived with the car it still had trash in it, passengers front window didn’t go down using the passengers switch, A/C started blowing hot and wouldn't get cold again after being parked

Hey Anthony. Things like the window and the AC do not work after the vehicle is turned off. Also, the vehicle is always completely empty and fully cleaned before every trip. As far as the car not being there when you landed, the car was delivered on the time you booked. If your flight lands before the time you book the car, you can always contact me and we will accommodate. Accommodation is our pleasure! We appreciate your feedback.
