Overall, the experience was fine. The car was clean and in good working condition, and I didn't have any issues during the rental. That said, it appeared older than I expected based on the listing photos. There was noticeable wear around the outside windows and on parts of the exterior that wasn't visible in the pictures.

I really appreciate your feedback although you mentioned in our chat that the fact that you had to pay for refueling was going to “affect your review”. Cars need to be returned with the same fuel level which you didn’t do. Car is in impeccable conditions just like all of the other guests reviewed. Hopefully we can host you again in the future and in this case you return the car with fuel so your experience is 10/10.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The Grand Cherokee was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly throughout the trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the pickup and return process incredibly easy. Everything was exactly as described. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend both the car and the host. Five stars!
