El vehiculo excelente, excepto que lo recibi con olor fuerte de cigarrillo y me incomodo durante todo el viaje. Me pidieron disculpas por eso pero espero que la proxima vez este mejor en ese aspecto. de resto todo muy bien! Volveria a rentar con ellos.

Sorry but 3 ours before last trip was smoked ınsıde we told Turo the cancel the trip Turo denied and we told you but you accepted and pick up the vehicle.
Me cobraron un fee de 26 dólares según dice por gasolina, cuando entregué el tanque lleno. Y reclamé y ni respondieron. Así q tengan cuidado con ellos y los fee que quieran cobrar porque si

The trip photos clearly show that the fuel level at return was lower than at pickup. The fuel reimbursement was submitted to and approved by Turo based on the trip documentation and Turo’s policies. If it had been incorrect or unsupported, Turo would not have approved it. We kindly ask future guests to review the trip documentation and consider all facts before rating a host. Thank you.
