Host was very clear and communicative

The host was very communicative, and the pickup and drop-off process was easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the vehicle itself did not meet the condition I expected based on the listing and photos.
This rental was actually a last resort for me, as a previous vehicle from a different host also had issues, which made this experience especially disappointing.
There was visible damage on the passenger side, and the vehicle had several mechanical issues during the rental, including squeaking brakes/other components, a tire that repeatedly required air, and power steering that at times felt as though it might give out. These issues took away from the overall experience and made me concerned about the vehicle’s maintenance and reliability.
I appreciate the host’s communication and the convenience of the pickup and delivery, but the condition of the vehicle needs significant attention. It was a little embarrassing valeting this at the Hilton Miami Downtown. Had i known the damage was present prior to pickup, i would have chosen a different vehicle.

The car was in great condition and exactly as described. The pickup location was super easy and convenient, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire rental. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely rent from this host again!
