Car was in great shape, Richard was responsive and pickup was relatively! Will definitely rent again!
Hi Nicole, I am surprised to see your 4 star under maintenance being that the car was provided to you with no alert of filter and oil change maintenance needed at the time the car was provided to you. It wasn’t until Friday when you messaged me advising of the alert that had come up. Also your review is for low oil when that’s not the case. The vehicle is due for its normal services for a filter and oil change. Very unfortunate the 4 stars as we had been successful in maintaining 5 stars.
