Communication was awful! I had to get Turo to contact him after I had sent multiple messages over a few weeks with no response. Then when I got the car I could not get out of the parking deck because there was not parking ticket in the car. Again tried to contact with very slow response and the response was not helpful. I then had to pay for a lost parking ticket out of my pocket.
