Very unprofessional experience. When I arrived, the car was still not ready. I told the host I needed to leave, but he showed no urgency, didn’t apologize, and I was delayed by nearly 30 minutes even though the place was not busy.
This was clearly operating more like a business rental operation than a person sharing their own car, so I expected a much higher level of professionalism. To make matters worse, the car was filthy, with sticky liquid all over the center console.
I would not rent from this host again.
