Everything went well with the car, but their communication is non-existent. You can message them and they will read your messages and ignore it.

The car was very nice, smooth ride. However, all the charging station were super slow. I had a hard time charging the car, which took up most of my trip because I would charge the car for hours and still barely any charge. Other than that I love the car. U gave 3 stars because I request to pick up the car from a different location, but the directions led me to the airport where I had to pay to exit the garage. I reached out to the host to be accommodated. However, they read the message and did not respond.
