"Awesome experience renting from Richbert! The Hummer EV was absolutely perfect for Miami—an absolute head-turner and an incredible drive. Richbert had the vehicle spotless, fully clean, and dropped off right on time. Smooth communication from start to finish. If you're looking to cruise Miami in style, this is the host and the truck to go with. Highly recommended!"

Since I been using Turo, this been by far the worst experience I had. There is no communication non what so ever with this host. From picking up the vehicle to returning it was so stressful. I sent numerous messages and called the host and still no response. I had to drive to the pick up location twice because I couldnt leave my car at the location. Had I reached someone o would have known to bring another driver with me to avoid the back and fourth. No communication almost left me in a situation where I almost had to drive my personal vehicle as well for my daughter's prom because it was a struggle to find a charging station which would have defeated the purpose. Sorry for such a long review but I wish no one else have to go through this.

Good vehicle. Communication meh. Issues w return could have been avoided if they were more willing to communicate and work together. Causes a lot of unnecessary hassle, stress, and time wasted.

Overall, the car itself was good. The Hummer was clean, in solid condition, and the pickup as well as the return process went smoothly. We had no issues with cleanliness or general functionality.
There is only one technical point worth mentioning: the wheel alignment should probably be checked. The vehicle was slightly pulling to the left, and especially under acceleration the steering required frequent corrections. It wasn’t a major problem, but it would definitely improve the driving experience if adjusted.
What I was quite disappointed with, however, was the level of communication and customer service. I contacted the host four times to ask whether it would be possible to return the car a bit later, and I did not receive any response at all.
More importantly, we accidentally left our Airbnb key inside the vehicle. I immediately reached out and asked if someone could please check, as we had no other way to access our apartment. I was told that the office had been closed for one or two hours already and that they would look into it the next morning. I politely asked again if there was any possible solution, given our situation — and after that, I received no reply whatsoever.
The next response only came the following morning after I reached out again.
To summarize: the car itself was good and met our expectations, but the customer service and communication were unfortunately very disappointing. Reliable and responsive communication is essential in the rental business, especially in urgent situations.
