Pick up and drop off was easy and all communication regarding location of car and access clear and concise.
The interior of the car was clean and the car drove well. Disappointingly, the exterior was in very poor condition. Significant damage across all the body work including the passenger back door and wheel arch which had been repaired VERY poorly. I would be forgiving of some marks and dents but the damage was significant enough to show the vehicle had been in an accident previously.
The windscreen also had a crack in in it which looking at previous reviews, was there back in may. The bonnet looks as if someone has sat on it. All damage captured in photos at the start of the trip.
On returning the vehicle, I have been charged for not returning this with a full tank. I recieved the car with 345 miles in the tank and returned it with 424 miles. The host automatically charged me for $9 worth of fuel, claiming this was 7/8 full. This also included $10 fee and admin charges. The host sent a picture of the fuel gauge which was taken a day after drop off minus 25 miles, clearly this has been driven.
Despite challenging this, the hosts response was that the mileage is just an estimate. Returning the vehicle with 79 miles more than I received it having filled the tank is surely more than acceptable?!
Having also challenged the fact that the car has been driven, the hosts have not replied.
I have been very conscientious of returning any rental car, including this one.

The car was amazing, it rode smooth and had space. The pick up and drop off went smooth with clear instructions, even though the car had small imperfections it was still a great car! As well as a great host delivering clear and quick response and also very understanding
