The trip was fantastic, I just might need a refund for the extra 11 hours i payed for and did not use please, overall the trip was great and the car is efficient.

Very stringent rules in comparison to a classic rental via National, Enterprise, etc. it’s not worth the jazzle to book via Turo. I brought the car back before the end of the agreed time and received email and txt notification that a penalty will apply as I had not returned the car on time. If it’s not returned as clean as during pick up then a $160 cleaning fee might apply. Sand is a no go but there is literally sand everywhere in Miami
