We had a great experience with the host! They were very responsive and accommodating, and the car was dropped off right on time as requested, which made everything very convenient. The only downside was that the car had a noticeable smoking odor. We were traveling with our kids and are both non-smokers, so this was not ideal. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this host! Thank you for making the rental process easy and convenient.
