From the moment we landed in Miami until the moment we departed, the service was nothing short of impeccable. Our chauffeur was professional, respectful, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about airport operations and flight schedules. He tracked our flight in real time, so when we arrived, he was already there waiting for us. When it was time to return home, he met us promptly at the airport again—there wasn’t a single delay or moment of uncertainty.
What impressed me most was the level of care and attention to detail. The Suburban was spotless, luxurious, and exceptionally well maintained. Before we left, he carefully reviewed all of the vehicle’s features and rental guidelines to ensure we were comfortable and understood everything. That extra level of professionalism made us feel truly first-class.
I also had no idea this type of service even existed!
