We had a very frustrating experience with this host. The car was delivered to our hotel, but when an issue came up with the primary driver’s license, we immediately tried to resolve it.
The host initially responded, but then stopped communicating altogether. We attempted to call multiple times, but our calls were rejected and we received no further assistance.
We even contacted support to try to update the booking to another licensed driver who was present and ready, but without cooperation from the host, nothing could be done.
As a result, we were unable to use the vehicle at all despite making every effort to resolve the situation. Very disappointing experience due to lack of communication.
