Original car broke down. Engine light came on I was advised to keep driving then message came on dating transmission needed service and thr car would not be drivable soon. We were in our way to a boat tour and had to pull over onnthr side of the road. We called both thr hoast and Turo. Turo was going to send a yow to get us but the hoast said no he would drop off a new car. We had to wait on the side of thr road for 2 hours in the car. My wife had to use the restroom but there was notharound and we didn't want to drive the car. We missed out boat tour and we sat in thr car for 2 hours. The new car brought was a model yesr older, not as nice but we were told the same price, no credit was given to us or anything for the inconvenience other than dont worry about thr few gallons of gas used so far. I do feel we should have received a discount for all we went through and missing out boat trip and having to sit for 2 hours on the side of the road broke down

It’s true the original vehicle had an unexpected issue, something that had never happened before, as it was delivered in perfect condition. These situations can occur. As soon as it was reported, we immediately offered a replacement, which you accepted—a Chevrolet Equinox at the same price. The vehicle was delivered as quickly as possible, not after two hours as stated. We handled everything promptly, professionally, and in line with Turo policies. We do not find this review fair.
Everything was perfect. Car was clean. All was good.
