Host did not provide information regarding which charging stations worked for our vehicle. After attempting 5 stations, we were left stranded and had to tow our vehicle half a day prior to returning. No refund issued.

We provided clear information in the vehicle details regarding compatible charging stations and the correct charging process. This guidance remained available throughout the reservation. Because not every public charger is compatible with every EV, guests must review the instructions, select suitable stations, and plan charging stops accordingly. The vehicle was delivered in proper operating condition with a 100% charge. With full guidance provided, there was no reason for it to be left at 0%.
